At the end of the year, CLS organized two exceptional events with its users: the EAZY DAYS.
Each meeting, one held in Angers in the Pays de la Loire region and the other in Épinal in the Grand Est, brought together around twenty public and private stakeholders to rediscover how the EAZY COLLECTE, NAVDROID, and TRACITY® solutions help optimize waste management and collection.
Organized close to local territories, these events also included site visits, such as the new-generation waste facility of SICOVAD.
The outcome: concrete experience sharing, improvement ideas rooted in real-world operations, and action plans aligned with users’ operational realities, all supporting increasingly committed territories.
Throughout the day, participants worked in groups on specific, practical use cases. The goal was to identify how EAZY COLLECTE’s features, the supervision platform that centralizes collection data, enable smoother organization of collection routes and field operations.
They also discovered the latest features of their NAVDROID tablet, the onboard assistant designed for drivers. NAVDROID improves the accuracy of field data reporting, secures route execution, and simplifies communication with depot teams.

The issue of territorial control and strengthening relationships with users, who increasingly demand transparency, was addressed through TRACITY®, CLS’s RFID solution dedicated to bin traceability.
Thanks to TRACITY, local authorities gain precise insights into container usage and monitoring, making it easier to detect anomalies, understand usage patterns, and improve user awareness initiatives.
CLS teams also demonstrated how data collected through EAZY COLLECTE can be used to analyze routes and completely redesign a collection scheme, thanks to demonstrations from the EAZY COLLECTE Engineering Office. The ability to interpret this data helps identify areas for improvement and build optimization scenarios tailored to each territory’s specific characteristics.
Data-driven resource management was highlighted as a key lever to better monitor vehicle usage, reduce operating costs, and improve service quality.
Finally, extensive discussions focused on supporting drivers to secure data collection and fully leverage its benefits.
The EAZY DAYS 2025 were organized in small groups to encourage open discussion and direct exchanges. Participants were able to share their challenges, ask very practical questions, and leave with immediately actionable ideas to optimize their collection operations.
As with previous EAZY COLLECTE events, such as our User Clubs, participants particularly appreciated the opportunity to compare practices with other territories, rediscover features they already have and better understand the full potential of field-collected data.
These days foster a strong culture of sharing and continuous improvement around waste collection.
Beyond these events, CLS supports territories throughout the year and travels across France to remain as close as possible to its customers. This strong field presence enables us to understand their constraints, priorities, and daily operational needs. Our teams are available, attentive, and fully committed to providing tailored responses to every situation.

This close relationship fuels a continuous improvement dynamic that is essential to evolving our products in line with user feedback. NAVDROID, TRACITY®, and the entire EAZY COLLECTE ecosystem continue to evolve thanks to this ongoing collaboration.
Local authorities and private waste operators who trust us—often for many years—play a central role in shaping our solutions. Their experience, feedback, and concrete expectations directly guide our developments.
This long-term partnership builds a strong bond and reinforces our commitment to delivering tools that are increasingly efficient, robust, and truly useful daily.
