Managing services by appointment: the example of bulky goods collection

The EAZY COLLECTE request management module is perfectly suited to managing your bulky goods collection rounds. Collection requests can be transmitted directly from your GRU software, or created manually in the tool during your customer’s phone call.

All you have to do is select the appointments you want to keep and schedule them from a dedicated module. The system proposes an optimized route schedule and displays the circuit to be completed. You can then transmit this optimized route to the truck (NAVDROID) or agent (EAZYDROID) of your choice for completion. The status of each appointment is then automatically updated in the EAZY COLLECTE platform as and when they are carried out by your teams.
