Digitalizing exchanges between drivers and fleet managers, a strategic priority for humanitarian organizations

Missions, fuel reporting, incidents, maintenance: every day, drivers generate essential information for effective fleet management. However, when this information is still recorded on paper or shared informally, it can be difficult to centralize and make full use of it. Manual data entry, errors, or delays in accessing information can reduce fleet managers’ visibility over operations.

By digitalizing these exchanges, organizations can create a more direct link between field teams and fleet managers, improve the reliability of data collected in the field, reduce administrative tasks, and gain faster access to the information needed to monitor and manage their fleets.

HUMADRIVE: connecting field teams with fleet managers

HUMADRIVE tracking

By digitalizing these exchanges, organizations can improve the reliability of data collected in the field, reduce administrative tasks, and gain faster access to the information needed to manage their fleets.

Through the application, drivers can enter information related to their daily activities, including completed missions, fuel refills, incidents, and maintenance operations. This data is then centralized and automatically made available to fleet managers.

HUMADRIVE also enables teams to plan and monitor missions, access mission history, assign drivers to vehicles, and track driving-related indicators. By centralizing this information, HUMADRIVE reduces duplicate data entry, strengthens traceability, and facilitates collaboration between drivers and fleet managers, contributing to more efficient humanitarian operations.
