Real-Time Visibility for Critical Assets Across Industrial Operations

In the industrial, supply chain, and aeronautics sectors, the availability of critical equipment and assets has a direct impact on operational performance. Whether managing tools, maintenance equipment, material handling assets, returnable transport packaging (RTP), Unit Load Devices (ULDs), Ground Support Equipment (GSE), strategic components, or critical spare parts, every asset must be located quickly and available at the right place, at the right time.

In large-scale, multi-site industrial environments, a lack of visibility leads to wasted time, manual searches, unnecessary purchases, underutilized equipment, and production or maintenance disruptions. The consequences are immediate: delayed interventions, supply chain disruptions, asset downtime, increased operating costs, and reduced productivity.

To address these challenges, CLS and Sensolus provide a real-time tracking solution for critical equipment and assets. Combining robust IoT sensors, multi-network connectivity, and a centralized platform, the solution delivers continuous visibility across operations, helping organizations improve asset availability, enhance traceability, and optimize maintenance and technical logistics processes.

EAZYTRACK: Expertise for the Aviation Industry

CLS and SENSOLUS combine their expertise to deliver an asset and equipment tracking solution designed for the most demanding industrial environments.

By leveraging SENSOLUS’ IoT technology and CLS’s international experience in tracking critical assets, industrial stakeholders benefit from continuous visibility of their equipment, enhanced operational control, and a more efficient supply chain.

This approach enables the location, monitoring, and optimization of all your equipment, tools, logistics containers, Unit Load Devices (ULDs), ground support equipment (GSE), critical components, and other strategic assets through a single, centralized platform.

This expertise is now leveraged by a leading aerospace company, which selected this solution to monitor its multiple and complex logistics flows by equipping its transport assets with GPS trackers. More recently, the company also deployed the BLE tracking solution to monitor tools and specialized equipment across its various assembly lines. Today, more than 60,000 assets are tracked using this solution.

How the EAZYTRACK Solution Improves the Visibility of Your Assets

Step 1: Equipping the Assets

SENSOLUS IoT trackers are installed on the assets to be monitored, such as maintenance tools, aircraft Unit Load Devices (ULDs), ground support equipment (GSE), and containers.

Step 2: Data Collection and Transmission

Location data is automatically transmitted via NB-IoT, LTE-M, or BLE networks, whether in hangars, on the tarmac, or throughout the entire logistics chain.

Step 3: Centralized Monitoring

The EAZYTRACK platform provides real-time asset visibility, enables alert management, gives access to movement history, and allows users to oversee all operations from a single, centralized interface.
